Carly Duncan is the Senior Vice President of Production + Operations, overseeing all aspects of business and production operations.

Since its start in 2019, Carly has led business efforts across Blind Nil. Skilled in business strategy and creative problem-solving, she established key partnerships and production workflows that were crucial in launching the company’s first series like Fixer Upper: Welcome Home and Handcrafted Hotels.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Duncan has produced over 400 episodes of unscripted television, including MTV’s Emmy-winning series True Life, FYI’s flagship series Tiny House Nation and A&E’s ground breaking series Undercover High. She began her career in MTV’s News & Docs department and, after over a decade producing content on the creative side, she moved to focus on production management. Throughout her career, Carly has produced a wide range of content for a variety of broadcast and streaming clients including live events, music videos, commercial campaigns and independent films.

When not crunching numbers and perfecting her latest excel tracker, Carly enjoys writing, traveling and sharing her favorite Disney Parks tips and tricks.
