Ashley Polidore’s role as HR Generalist includes oversight in benefits administration and liaising between the production population and Magnolia as a corporate partner.

Prior to Blind Nil, Polidore got her start in production accounting, working on various unscripted programs including The Bachelor & The Bachelorette for ABC, and Little Big Shots & Ellen’s Game of Games for NBC. While working in television, Ashley has experience in supporting employee relations cases and managing contract renewals of various executive positions.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ashley relocated to Los Angeles where she earned a Masters Degree in Education. Passionate about connection and community, she volunteers her time in children’s ministry and enjoys exploring the West Coast with her partner and two daughters.
