Anna Haynes’ role as Director of Operations includes leading production management across all series and special projects, as well as overseeing office operations including equipment, production scheduling and staffing.

Joining the team in 2019 shortly after its inception, she has played a key role in growing Blind Nil’s talented production team and building and implementing company policies and procedures. Skilled at organization and collaboration, Anna is a central component in communicating across teams at Magnolia and external partners.

Prior to Blind Nil, Anna established herself as a dedicated Production Manager based in New York. While working on various productions for AMC, Bravo, Oxygen and TLC, her production adventures have included doing payroll on JFK’s yacht, riding motorcycles with celebrities around the world, escaping moose in Alaska, vacationing with the Housewives in Bermuda, and building ropes courses for veterans (to name a few). Now based in central-Texas, Anna enjoys exploring the open roads of the Texas Hill Country and thrives in tasting her way through Austin’s diverse food scene.
